 Definitive a game improver!!!! UNTIL IT BROKEJul 20, 2010

Well, after waiting patiently for my new purchase to arrive i kept playing racquetball three times a week as usual (this year because before i was an on and off player). In the meantime i have tried several rackets (O3 silver, O3 Red, and older models like my vintage ARC2 Helix) but finally i got to play with my brand new EXO3 Black, wow the shots, serve and overall capability to fire the ball back to the wall is amazing with this weapon (i will no longer call it racket in this review, but the weapon.
1- Out of the package it is a great looking weapon (not that it matters much, but it is a fact)
2- It comes with the all new and forward technology
3- It comes with a set of weight power plugs that make a huge difference in how the weapon feels and behaves, (what is better with or without them I'm not sure yet, but it makes a difference for sure)
4- the power out of the weapon is great, i was able to return very uncomfortable balls from the back court - back hand that where impossible before with other rackets.
Overall this has been a great purchase for me, the game feels different and for sure the blast of it has grown quite a bit.
On the other side, the shock felt at the elbow - shoulder is minimum, i have had some minor problems with this matters after playing strong and long game sets, but after playing 5 sets with this weapon, i am ready to go back to court again the next day (this is a great improvement for me)
well, hope that these little words help you get an idea of how great this racket-weapon is.
After playing some sets with and without the power plugs, i must say, for the moment that i have felt better (huge difference) without them on. i have noticed that the serve is what is most affected by the power plugs, but i am decided to keep trying them on for a couple of game days more to have my mind made up definitively about whether to use them or not.
This racket is a magnet for attention, i let my brother in law to try it for a few shots and immediately he ordered one for himself, so everyone at court are very impressed with it. As an interesting note, i keep playing with the same people (very even play level among all of us)and i haven't lost a match since i started playing with my EXO3 Black

I will not change my statement about how good it was to play with this racket, but i want to add that it broke while hitting a ball (not wall, not floor, not another racket.
The thing is that with all the holes and thin parts in the frame, it was ment to happen anytime soon.
Since Ektelon has stick to this technology of making the frame lighter and aerodynamic by taking material out of it i decided to switch brand after 12 yrs of fidelity. I got a Gearbox Solid 1.0 165T, very impressive and easy to use, lots of power and very sturdy.

The racquet broke shortly after purchase, the vendor was NOT able to get the racquet replaced from Ecktelon, the vendor never contacted me again! I do NOT recommend this vendor!

Technically, this is a great product. It is powerful and feels nice. It comes with two "power plugs" that are inserted into the base of the frame. The plugs change the performance of the racquet. When it arrived, I played my first game without the plugs. It was fine. My second attempt was with the plugs. The power was incredible and I was very satisfied. After the third game, the plug began to vibrate. I called Ektelon and their service center (available to consumers from 10-3 EST) was pathetic. They wanted me to return it to a local store, pay shipping, then they would determine if it was defective. I called Amazon, and they had a replacement on my door in 24 hours. Unfortunately, the second racquet had a similar problem. I called my friends at Ektelon and they sent me 3 sets of new plugs (it took them 3 weeks). I still have one side that vibrates. Amazon will not replace this a second time but has offered me credit. Premium priced products should not come with problems that create this type of anxiety. Avoid this product.
