Let me first start off with saying, "I have over 15 years of experience and competed in several tournaments." So I know a little something about rackets especially when I've played with a variety of them.
Tennis rackets should never be generalized as "one-size fits all". There's a certain touch and feel to a racket that should your tennis style. Most reviews about this racket are true. It's great for power hitters wanting to tone it down a notch for ball control. It's also perfect for people with huge topspins. You can literally crank the ball over the net and see the ball bounce high off the baseline.
The frame is 100cm and it offers a huge sweet spot. The current set up I have is the String Port inserts with Prince Topspin at 61 lbs. I love the setup, but I only gave this 4 stars is because with this setup the tinny sound is irritating. The other setup after a long day gave me a sore arm from the feedback.
You should definitely give this racket a test drive before purchasing it, cause this racket isn't for everyone. If you want power this isn't it, and I recommend the Prince O3 SpeedPort Red.

I just tried the Prince 03 Speedport Black and the Speedport Tour with the Speedport inserts. Both racquets are about the same weight, balance, and head size as my Prince More Precision. All three racquets are very maneuverable. There the similarity ends, however.
Prince says that the speedports provide less aerodynamic resistance, and therefore a faster swing, especially on the topspin strokes. I am not sure that the swing is really faster, however. than the narrow beam of my More Precision. The real difference between the More Precision and the Speedport is the size of the sweetspot. Off-center shots on the Black cause much less torquing. Volleys are crisp. Serves fly off this racquet. A blocked return of serve is as solid as slamming the door of a Mercedes.
There is a cost, however. It is much more difficult to control the depth on the Black. Perhaps less so for the Tour. The slice backhand off the Black requires that the ball be taken a little farther back in the swing. Ground strokes in general require more topspin -- an exaggerated laying back of the wrist and increased low to high swing.
I play a lot of doubles, so I find that the increased stability on returns of serve and volleys more than compensate for the need for more control on the ground strokes. However, someone looking for a control racquet may not like the Speedports. I have not tried the racquet with the StringHole inserts. Since the StringHole grommets restrict the movement of the strings, I am sure that they reduce the size of the sweetspot and add more control, thereby reducing power.
Overall, the best word to describe this racquet is WOW!
